How do you manage communication with clients?

I prioritize providing status updates whenever progress is made. We begin with an opening in-person or virtual meeting to discuss initial goals and ideas. After that, I work asynchronously, offering screen recordings for rounds of feedback to provide flexibility with your schedule. For final delivery, I walk you through the project synchronously to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

What is your pricing structure? 

My pricing is based on value-driven, fixed rates, ensuring you receive the best possible outcome for your investment. To secure my services, an initial deposit is required, with the remaining balance due within 30 days of service delivery, allowing you ample time to review the work and ensure satisfaction. I handle invoicing and have standard terms and agreements that you sign, outlining agreement definitions, payment terms and conditions, the nature of our partnership, and IP rights in the final deliverables. For complex projects, I create a client proposal to align on objectives, approach, and timeline, ensuring a smooth and transparent collaboration.

Do you offer ongoing website updates?

Yes, I offer ongoing website maintenance with updates typically completed within 2-3 business days. Some exceptions may apply depending on the complexity of the request. These services are billed hourly, and I provide a monthly invoice for the work completed. For small fixes that take under an hour, I charge a half flat fee, equivalent to half my hourly rate.
